Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or independent professional activity.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier:
take possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more products in a single order and they are delivered together; or
take possession of the last goods, if you ordered multiple products in a single order and they are delivered separately; or
take possession of the last partial shipment or the last item, if you ordered a product that is delivered in multiple shipments or parts.
If multiple of the above alternatives apply, the withdrawal period only begins once you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods, partial shipment, or last item.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will any fees be charged for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract to:

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
We bear the costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion / Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
Contracts for the supply of goods that are not pre-manufactured and for which the production depends on an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
Contracts for the supply of perishable goods or goods whose expiry date would quickly pass.
Contracts for the supply of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except for subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires for:
Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed after delivery.
Contracts for the supply of goods which, after delivery, have become inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.
Contracts for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
Contracts for the provision of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if the consumer has expressly agreed that the entrepreneur begins performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period and has acknowledged that his right of withdrawal will expire as a result, and the consumer has received a contract confirmation.
